🍓Raining day and raw bar 💧☔

Today, we decided to try to write in English. It was a raining day, horrible, cold, dark....Speaking like the hotel's manager, it was a "fucking bad day with a fucking weather" !!! Mathilde stayed with me, watching the digital tablet, reading a book written in english, listening music.....and at the end of th afternoon, we gone to the market. And..... We tasted "Nakd" strawberry bar today ! 😆 I heard lot of good things about this kind of healthy snack, but we can't find it in France (or maybe in Paris, but I think that it's expensive). So, by any chance, we saw the snacks display stand near from the lane at the market, with two kind of flavour : strawberry and apple. Mathilde asked me to buy the both, and I chose an other, by an other trade name that I can't remember now. Nakd bars seems very popular in the healthy team, and because of that, I wanted to taste it. By Mathilde side, it was because this kind of food is gluten, wheat, dairy, and added sugar free : as she is a monkey, it's better for her 🐵. This bars are raws, made with dates, soya and tapioca, raisins, cashews, concentrated apple juice and strawberry, in addition there is a hint of natural flavouring. But what is our verdict ? Mathilde is definitly in love, and I like it for my afternoon snak because it's nutritious. But I have to formulate a reproach : there is more naturals sugars than proteins, three times larger ... Our conclusion sientific conclusion : it's a natural snack, there isn't any junk food and it's better to eat this kind of bars than most of them, but it's more expensive, and if there isn't to many fats, there is to many sugar.
